NB: If you use Firefox without IeTab plugin, after opening any link in index.html, it is impossible to open PDF from the list. Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox with IeTab plugin works fine.

EDIT: Firefox 3.5.3 works fine. Edit: Strange, that clicking the top link doesn't cause downloading - it is necessary to click the filename on the page opened to download the file. If you copy the link and paste to your browser, everything is OK. EDIT: File re-uploaded to filehosting.org but link doesn't work for me (June 5, 2011).
