Buyer will be responsible for all currency conversion charges from their issuing bank. By confirming this bid, you agree to the lot terms. After the lot closes, the Seller will decide to accept or reject the high bid. If the Seller accepts, an invoice will be issued and the transaction will continue. If the Seller rejects, the Buyer will be notified and there will be no sale.

If any of this information IS NOT correct, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the ODOT Office of Equipment Management at (614) 351-2828 or email auctionsoem@dot.state.oh.us with the correct title information and lot number prior to pickup. Any title that needs corrected after being completed will result in a charge of $15.00 per title to the buyer and will need paid to ODOT prior to any title changes being made.
General The Buyer must initiate the Dispute by completing and submitting the online Dispute form in the Buyer’s MyONE account page. In each case, the Dispute must be initiated prior to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on the second calendar day after the earlier of: (i) removal of the Item, or (ii) expiry of the scheduled Removal Deadline regardless of whether the Item has been picked up by such date (the “Dispute Initiation Period”).
