Anyone have a manual for a RS 12000 Model# 12GRCA-4229B Serial# B078022836 Spec B Unit i trouble shot for a customers neighbor during an outage, unit was surging after being loaded for 15-20 min, turned out propane company ran plastic 3/4' white PVC as a vent line from regulator to extend it away from the generator but they never glued the fitting where they went underground so pipe filled up with water and would lock diaphragm from moving freely and cause surging fuel pressure. Well now he wants me to take over his yearly service, I'm a Generac dealer and have not done much with the Onan residential series as far as valve adj, correct spark plug number, oil and air filter numbers, does Onan sell service kits like Generac does with all the tune up parts?
